We know that not all studies are created equal. Some are quick pulse checks for a small working group while others feed into larger programmes with clients, agencies, or cross-functional teams all needing sight of the results.
You can now share the results of one study with the people who need them while ensuring that all the remaining studies within your account remain private. Nothing is visible to anyone outside your team until you choose to share it, so your team can review results first and share when you're ready.
A few guardrails are built in:
There are no public or anonymous links. Everyone who accesses a shared study verifies their work email first.
Viewers can't re-share the study. Only your team decides who sees it.
Access requests go to your team's admins.
Ways to grant access
Sharing with a select few collaborators: Invite via email.
Share with a whole organisation: Add an approved domain. Anyone who opens the share link with an email at that domain gets access automatically.
Everyone else requests access: If someone opens the link and doesn't meet either of the above conditions, they can request access to the study. All admins on your team are notified and can approve or decline.
What can viewers of a shared study do?
Viewers can:
Browse all the results from the study
Filter results using Ideally's standard filters and any saved filter sets
View completed Presentations created within the study
Viewers cannot:
Create filter sets
View draft Presentations
Export raw data
Access any other study in your team
View team members or any admin pages in your team
