What research support can I access, and how?

While Ideally is designed as a self-service platform, you’re never on your own.

Our in-house research team is here to help you get the most out of your projects, offering advice, reviews, and design input at no additional cost. Just keep in mind: depending on the level of support, you may need to allow a little extra time before launching.

To access research support, simply email [email protected] with the following:

  • What you’d like help with

  • Your project objectives

  • Any stimulus or creative you’re testing (if relevant)

  • When you need results by

Once we receive your request, the research team will review and reply with tailored advice and next steps.


Final pre-launch check

If you’re new to Ideally, or just want a second pair of eyes, our team can also do a quick check once your project is set up in the platform. Just let us know, and we’ll make sure everything’s good to go before you hit “Submit.”
