Onboarding with Ideally typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly testing begins.
For the first 30 days, we’ll provide hands-on support to ensure you feel confident using the platform, particularly when interpreting your first project results. Don’t hesitate to lean on us for guidance.
Step 1: Booking Your onboarding kick-off session
Customer success manager contact: Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will reach out within one business day of confirming your subscription to arrange an initial kick-off session.
Team invitations: We encourage you to invite your whole team and any other colleagues who might benefit from using Ideally.
Account access: Let us know who should have access to your account so we can add them as team members.
Step 2: Kick-off session
Duration: Sessions are approximately one hour.
What to expect:
Minimal presentations - we’ll focus on providing a hands-on rundown of the platform’s core features.
A discussion about your goals and what you hope to achieve with your subscription.
Getting started with testing:
If you have a project ready to test, we’ll guide you through the best approach and help you load it during the call.
If you don’t have a project prepared, no worries... We’ll share example projects to inspire you and help you get started.
Step 3: First results call
Timing: The day after you load your first project, we’ll schedule a results call with our research team.
What happens:
We’ll review your results together and highlight key insights summarised by our research team and enhanced by our AI Co-Pilot.
This session ensures you’re getting the most out of the platform, as success in your first few projects is key.
Step 4: Iterative projects
Ongoing testing: As our platform and insights are iterative, many customers move directly from their first project to a follow-up project.
Additional support: If this occurs within your first 30 days, we’ll continue working closely with you to ensure the platform delivers exactly what you need.
Step 5: Completing onboarding
Towards the end of your first 30 days, our team will check in to confirm your onboarding experience was smooth. We’ll also schedule a quarterly review for three months later to ensure ongoing success.
