How our credits system works
Our platform uses a pre-paid credit system purchased through subscription bundles. Each credit costs $500, and we offer volume discounts for larger packages.
How credits are used
Each test you run through the platform costs a certain number of credits, varying by project type and the number of questions included. As you build a project - adding questions, concepts, or messages - you’ll see the total estimated credit cost update in real time at the top-right corner of your screen. This ensures you know exactly how many credits you’ll spend when you finalise and submit the project.
Cost per test type
Idea and Message Tests: 2 credits each
Includes one bonus Profiling Question and all standard demographic data.Additional questions: 1 credit per additional question (beyond the included Profiling Question in Idea and Message Tests)
Example:
If you run an Idea Test and add 3 extra questions, the total cost is 5 credits (2 credits for the Idea Test + 3 credits for the additional questions).
Flexible credit use
There are no strict rules around how many credits to allocate per project. Credits used can range from as few as 1 to well over 80, depending on the depth of insight you’re seeking. If you’d like guidance on using your credits effectively, please get in touch at [[email protected]].
