We’ve enhanced our Audience Selector to support multi-wave testing, giving you the flexibility to scale your survey reach. Whether you want to double your respondent count or engage a niche audience without sacrificing quality, Survey Boosts help you get there efficiently.


What Are Multi-Wave Tests?

Traditionally, surveys are sent to a single wave of 400 respondents. With multi-wave testing, you can now reach larger or more specific groups by running additional waves of the same survey. This is especially useful when targeting hard-to-reach audiences or simply when you want a larger data set.


Doubling Your Sample Size

Want twice the data? Just select ‘Boosted’ in the Audience block. This lets you automatically run a second wave of the survey.

  • For nationally representative (nat rep) samples, you’ll use the same number of credits for the second wave as you did for the first.

  • For niche audiences, credit usage depends on the estimated incidence rate (how likely someone is to qualify based on your targeting criteria).


Understanding Credit Costs

  • Incidence rate ≥ 50%

    The second wave costs the same in credits as the first wave.

  • Incidence rate between 25%–49%

    The second wave is free. No extra credits required.

  • Incidence rate < 25%

    A custom credit cost will apply, based on how specific your targeting is.
