We've updated the survey building interface with a cleaner, more intuitive navigation layout, and we want to make sure the change feels seamless for you.
Everything you could do before, you can still do. The core functionality hasn't changed at all. What's new is simply where things live and how the space is organised, so you can move faster and with more confidence.
What's Changed
The most visible change is that navigation has moved from the top tabs to a left-hand side panel.
You'll now see a clear list of sections down the left side as you build your survey, making it easy to jump to exactly where you need to go.
The two main tabs have also been renamed to better reflect what they do:
Brief is now called Setup: this is where you configure your test settings, category, profile question, audiences, pricing sensitivity, and market reach.
Build is now called Questionnaire: this is where the bulk of your test creation is done, from managing your ideas, questions, and messaging.
Two Spaces: Create and Review
The interface is now split into two distinct spaces, clearly labelled at the top: Create and Review.
Create:
This is your building space, everything you need to set up and configure your survey lives here.
The left-hand panel lets you navigate between Setup and Questionnaire (formerly Brief and Build), as well as all the other sections within the test.
Review:
Before you submit your survey, switch to Review to get a complete overview of what you've built.
The Breakdown section shows you your credit cost, estimated turnaround time, and a summary of your survey, so you can check everything looks right and leave a note for the research team if needed.
Need a Hand?
We hope this update makes building surveys feel even more straightforward.
