What to expect
After your test has been completed, you’ll receive a Results Summary email from our Research Team the very next day. This email, prepared with the help of our AI Co-Pilot, highlights the most significant findings and insights. However, we strongly encourage you to log into the platform and explore the data yourself for a more in-depth understanding.
Survey Markets & Timelines
Routine Markets & Survey Days
We currently run surveys on the following days:
New Zealand (NZ): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Australia (AU): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
United States (US): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Submission Deadlines:
NZ & AU: Input must be submitted by 12pm local time (NZST/AEST).
If Ideally is uploading the content for you, submissions are due by 11am local time.
US:
For US-based clients: Submission is due by 8am NZST / 11am California / 2pm New York to allow a 1-hour crossover period for feedback before launching in the US evening.
For NZ/AU-based clients: Submission is due by 2pm NZST/AEST the day before to allow time for feedback and ensure a 9am US launch the following day.
Non-Routine Markets & Surveys
For markets outside of NZ, AU, and the US, a minimum of 8 credits is required to run a survey.
Surveys can be launched the next day if:
All input is uploaded by 5pm NZST.
Translations (if needed) are provided to the team.
Turnaround time is 36 hours.
Non-Routine Days for Routine Markets
For NZ and AU surveys requested outside routine days:
Surveys can run on the same day if all input is uploaded by 12pm NZST.
Advance notice is required: The research team must be informed the day before to manage workloads.
