How to export your results
Access within the Filters menu
Within your test, the 'Export' function is now located at the bottom of your Filters panel on the right hand side.
Download results
Select the “Export” option.
Receive the email
You’ll receive an email within a few minutes from [email protected]. This email will include a link to download your results in your chosen format.
Export options
You can choose from:
PPTX: Slides of your test results. Charts and summary metrics only.
XLSX: Spreadsheet with a sheet per question or metric. For open-ended questions this shows the themes and sentiment rather than the individual comments.
CSV: Flat file of test results, including the raw open-ended (verbatim) responses.
Looking for the raw open-ended responses?
Choose CSV. If you export as XLSX you will see themes and sentiment for your open-ended questions rather than each individual comment, so export as CSV when you need the raw verbatim text.
You can also read the individual open-ended responses inside the platform, in the Verbatims table on your results page.
