Non-Routine Markets & Surveys
For markets outside of NZ, AU, the US and Singapore, a minimum of 8 credits is required to run a survey.
Surveys can be launched the next day if:
All input is uploaded by 4pm NZST
Translations (if needed) are provided to the team
Turnaround time is 1.5 Business days (~36 hours)
The launch day is a weekday in the target non-standard market
Important to know
Cutoff times matter
Submitting before the cutoff ensures your survey:
Launches the same day
Is included in the overnight fieldwork run
Returns results as fast as possible
Late submissions may delay your results by a full day.
What happens after you submit?
Before your survey goes live, we:
Review your survey for quality
Set up targeting and audience
Prepare it for launch
This all happens quickly — but it’s why cutoff times are important.
