Overview

You can now use our ‘Ask anything’ test to automatically track changes and trends in your data over time. This makes it easier than ever to measure shifts in usage, attitudes, and other key metrics across different periods.

Common Use Cases

  • Usage & Attitude Tracking:

Run recurring tests to monitor how customer opinions and behaviors change.

  • Seasonal Insights:

Spot seasonal trends or patterns by tracking responses throughout the year.

  • Continuous Feedback:

Collect ongoing feedback to inform product updates or marketing strategies.

Getting Started

  1. Set Up Your Test:

Begin creating your ‘Ask anything’ test as usual.

  2. Enable Scheduling:

Toggle the ‘Scheduling’ option during setup. This lets you schedule the test to run automatically at your preferred intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly).

Reporting & Results

  • Total View:

Use the ‘Total’ tab to see a cumulative summary of all responses. Apply filters to focus on specific rounds or “dips” of data collection.

  • Over Time View:

Visualise your results as a trend line to see how responses change across each test wave.
