Sentiment analysis

Sentiment analysis helps you understand your users at a glance and act faster on their feedback.

Updated over 3 months ago

Sentiment tags have been added to help you quickly understand the tone of each response - whether it’s positive, neutral, or negative.

How Sentiment Tags Work

  • Automatic Tagging:

Every verbatim response is now automatically assigned a sentiment tag:

    • Positive

    • Neutral

    • Negative

  • Quick Identification:

Sentiment tags appear right beside each response, making it easy to scan and spot trends in feedback.

Filtering by Sentiment

Use the sentiment filters to quickly narrow your verbatim responses:

  • Show only positive responses to highlight what’s working well.

  • Focus on negative feedback to uncover pain points.

  • View neutral responses for balanced insights.

Where Sentiment Appears

You’ll see sentiment tags:

  • In the verbatims table within the platform.

  • In your CSV downloads for further analysis.
