How can I be confident that my product innovations and ideas will be kept confidential during consumer testing?
When respondents join Dynata’s panel, they agree to a comprehensive set of Terms of Service, which includes a strict confidentiality clause.
This clause requires all panel members to keep any survey content, concepts, or proprietary information they encounter completely confidential.
Respondents are expressly prohibited from sharing, discussing, or disclosing any survey materials or research content outside of the survey environment.
Separate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are not necessary, as protection is already covered under the panel’s Terms of Service.
What protections are in place for visual assets and images?
While it's impossible to completely prevent a person from obtaining an image, we employ a range of image protection measures in our surveys to make it a lot harder for respondents to save or copy assets.
