Question Templates

Save your favourite questions for you and your team to reuse, saving time and ensuring consistency across your tests.

Saving a question as a template

  1. Create a question as you usually would.

  2. At the bottom of the question creation panel, next to the ‘Save’ button, switch the ‘Save as a template’ toggle to ON.

Using an existing question template

  1. Select the ‘Use template’ tab on the question creation modal.

  2. Choose from the list of available templates for your selected question position.

  3. If you’re adding an additional question, you won’t be able to select profile question templates, and vice versa.

  4. Review the question and save it to your test.

Managing your team’s templates

  • Admins can manage all team templates by navigating to the ‘Templates’ page in the side menu.

  • Templates can be reviewed, edited, and deleted as needed.
